I built, scaled and exited to ASX-listed then US unicorn. Now I help business owners get their foundations right from day one.
Starting at Grant Thornton in Family & Private Business Advisory, I went on to co-found and serve as Chief Financial Officer of Integrated Workforce Solutions (IWS). I scaled that company from startup through to acquisition by PayGroup (ASX:PYG) in 2021 and subsequent sale to US-based unicorn Deel in 2022. Along the way I wore every hat. Founder, CFO, business partner, HR, operations and occasional tech support.
I know what it takes to build something. I also know that getting your structure right from the start saves headaches later.
